Marcia Smith Fleres brings more than 20
years experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing
and publicity to the Foundation.
Ms. Fleres served as executive director of
the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse of Middlesex
County for 18 years. She is a graduate of Rutgers College in New
Brunswick and Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Ms. Fleres, a resident of Plainsboro, administers the business of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation and ensures continuity of the efforts to fulfill the Foundation's mission.
Working in conjunction with the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District and under the direction of the Foundation Board of Trustees, her responsibilities include: managing Foundation programs, fundraising, conducting public relations and marketing, and developing partnerships with business and community groups in both townships.
